This is the coffee that makes mornings better. Is there anything more cozy than drinking a comforting cup of delicious coffee? With full-bodied flavour notes of peanut butter and blackberry jam, we'd like to think of this coffee as a necessary addition to every breakfast or brunch.
We think it's best served any way you brew it, whether that's espresso or filter or anything in between.
We named this coffee for the farmer, Gilberto Rojas and his family to showcase the incredible work they're doing despite all the hardships COVID19 caused them during the harvest. Their incredible work also includes winning 2nd place at the 2015 cup of excellence competition and producing some of the most immaculately grown and processed coffee in all of Colombia. This lot was carefully fermented for 36 and 42 hours in fresh water before drying on parabolic drying beds for 28 days.

This coffee is deep and complex, and a perfect pairing with brunch foods. Makes a great espresso, and, my favourite, a latte.
